The guests at the Future for Ukraine center have all experienced great loss since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Many have lost husbands, parents and dear friends, not to mention the life they once knew.

The well-being of the children who were forced to flee their homes for a different country and unfamiliar surroundings is the top priority of the Future for Ukraine center.
As part of the effort to help these women and children deal with the grief they are experiencing, training workshops are lead by Mrs. Agnieszka Paczkowska – psychologist, coach of psychosocial skills workshops, certified psychologist, and Piotr Krakowiak SAC – priest, theologian, psychologist, and academic teacher who has been associated with hospice work for years.
Guests and organizers talk, listen, read, ask questions, and share their experiences on the topics of grief and loss while looking for ways to help children cope with the loss of someone close.
